What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver an ongoing product marketing strategy to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Lead the small product marketing team, collaborating on market research and defining strategies that ensure our product marketing is best-in-class
- Work closely with Halter's GTM teams to refine the value proposition globally
- Understand Halter's customers deeply, translating their feedback into product marketing that is clear, concise, and value-led

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience
- Proven track record of scaling product marketing efforts and delivering results
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environments
- An analytical mind for measuring results and providing actionable insights and plans
