What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve product documentation, specifications, and release processes while coordinating development inputs and tracking progress
  • Support user research, field testing, and feedback collection, conducting structured analysis of product issues and usability challenges
  • Contribute to defining product vision and success metrics for platform components, identifying opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including educators, engineers, designers, and local partners to ensure platform features are optimized for low-resource environments

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of product management or product operations experience in technical, platform, or systems-oriented environments
  • Strong organizational and operational skills with experience coordinating product processes and translating complex needs into structured requirements
  • Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams, with excellent communication skills for async work across distributed teams
  • Experience with tablet-based, mobile-first, or offline-first applications and familiarity with Sub-Saharan African contexts or emerging markets
