Product Manager II

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for highest priority, highest value insights and analytics in an intuitive, self-serve portal
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to shape strategy & roadmap, prioritize the most valuable problems to solve, and launch MVPs to quickly validate hypotheses
• Lead 1-2 development pods (teams) executing in an Agile Scrum environment, writing all User Stories, running refinement sessions, and supporting planning
• Build a deep and data-driven understanding of customer needs, pain points, and real-life behaviors across programs

This role helps achieve ambitious goals for both the business and the planet by leading product innovation that supports decarbonization and building a more sustainable future through data-driven solutions for program managers, grid operators, and internal teams.

Required skills and experience:

• 4+ years experience leading product teams to understand highest value pain points, market opportunities, and delivering on them
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to clearly articulate narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals or questions, embedding discovery throughout the process
• A user-first mindset that advocates for simple, elegant solutions while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints
