Product Manager

• Own the end to end success of new features and functionality for the Vulcan robotic weeding implement, including discovery, planning, testing, go-to-market, and ongoing support
• Work closely with partners and customers to gather feedback and establish a product roadmap aligned with FarmWise business goals
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support and Operations teams to understand customer usage, triage issues, and drive resolution of customer-facing problems
• Drive execution of all product lifecycle processes including research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements development, and product launch

This role helps develop AI-powered robotic weeding technology that brings immediate value to farmers by improving agricultural efficiency and sustainability.

• Strong experience in dynamic product/program management roles involving both hardware and software (preferably with Machine Learning)
• 3+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Demonstrated experience using planning tools like Jira or Clickup to track and drive development of complex technical features
• Proven success overseeing all elements of product development lifecycle and managing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
