Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop a deep understanding of envelio's IGP, the market, users, customers, and their needs and challenges in daily workflows
  • Understand a complex B2B product within the regulated market for renewable energy and power grids and prioritize based on stakeholder requirements and company goals
  • Continuously analyze feedback from customers and partners in the energy industry, identify areas for improvement and business opportunities, and systematically prioritize them in the roadmap
  • Manage expectations and timelines of key stakeholders in a project-like environment while maintaining an agile, product-oriented working approach
  • Break down complex user needs to essentials and write clear product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between product management, engineering, and other departments

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Master's degree, completed PhD, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager or Product Owner and/or 3 years of experience in the energy sector, or several years of experience in a scientific environment in power grids
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and familiarity with key challenges in integrating renewable energy, grid expansion and management, and digitalization of power grids
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Familiar with modern best practices in product management and/or project management and experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development processes within software development
  • Excellent communicator with ability to motivate teams, working independently and result-oriented
