Product Development Manager

As a key member of the Operations Team, the Product Development Manager will orchestrate the entire product development process, working across R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional products.

• Product Innovation and Design: Lead the design and develop new products or improve existing ones, working closely with product management teams to meet customer needs.
• Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources throughout the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Creative Problem Solving: Tackle challenges that arise during the development process with creative and innovative thinking to find effective solutions.
• Prototyping: Create detailed product element designs using CAD software (Solidworks/AutoCAD) and lead development of prototypes for testing and evaluation.

This role helps develop innovative membrane solutions that treat complex wastewater, purify water for reuse, and maximize efficiency in food processing applications, supporting industrial customers in achieving their sustainability and growth targets.

Candidates must hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, product design, or a related field). Membranes industry experience is highly desirable.

• Proficiency with 3D modeling utilizing Solidworks or AutoCAD.
• A strong technical foundation in product development with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• An innovative mindset geared to develop unique and competitive product solutions that stand out in the market.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include a benefits package and company equity. A flexible hybrid work-from-home/on-site model is permitted.
