• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Passion for building meaningful software collaboratively—not managing from the sidelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and collective ownership.
• A breadth mindset: the ability to look beyond a narrow area of expertise and explore connections between business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.
• Bonus: Technical skills (or eagerness to learn)—coding, testing, UX, data analysis, etc.
• Bonus: Experience working in agile or scaled agile environments (LeSS preferred).
