Product Designer (UI/UX)

• Drive the design of intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless end-to-end user experiences across all initiatives
• Own the design system, from components to full product features, ensuring highest standards of accessibility and performance
• Influence key design decisions to create a product that drives engagement, solves complex problems, and achieves strategic business goals

This role accelerates climate solutions by designing products that grow the climate workforce and support hiring needs of thousands of climate organizations, directly contributing to building the infrastructure needed to address the climate crisis.

• Expert UI craft with pixel-accurate visual design, typography, spacing, iconography, and motion/micro-interactions
• Strong UX architecture & flows including end-to-end journeys, IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• 4+ years of experience with design systems ownership, experimentation & analytics, and user research
• Technical handoff skills, collaboration & influence abilities, systems thinking, and accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2 AA minimum)
• Comfortable with async work and fast iteration with ~4+ hours overlap with U.S. time zones
