Product Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and discovery through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop information architecture, content strategy, and create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
• Plan and facilitate usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and present design concepts

This role contributes to positive change by helping develop new Climate Tech solutions for global carbon and environmental markets, working within a climate-tech company dedicated to helping companies reach Net Zero commitments through high-quality climate projects.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX and UI related roles with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) with familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, agility, self-organization, and result orientation
