Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and discovery through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop information architecture, content strategy, and create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- Plan and facilitate usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and present design concepts

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI related roles with a strong portfolio of design projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) with familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, agility, self-organization, and result orientation
