Product Designer

• Take ownership of the design of your product
• Advocate user-centered design approaches by running usability and concept testing with real users in live operations
• Translate complex flows into clear, tested design solutions
• Collaborate effectively with design, product management, research and insights, and engineering teams

You'll design solutions that connect advanced manufacturing with construction execution, making complex processes intuitive, human-centered, and impactful, contributing to sustainable, affordable living and reinventing the construction industry.

• Degree in Product, Interaction, Visual Design, related Design disciplines, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 4 years of proven product design experience, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive digital design, visual design principles, and prototyping techniques
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, design systems, and component libraries
