Product Designer

• Own the core user experience for either drafting contracts or underwriting transactions on the Crux platform
• Deeply understand customers and market to build purpose-built features for their needs
• Leverage industry-leading data to guide UX decision-making and weave it throughout the product
• Actively participate in company-building to improve Crux for customers and as a team

This role helps accelerate the clean economy by making clean energy and manufacturing project financing more efficient through better user experience design, contributing to faster deployment of renewable energy projects.

• Executional Excellence: High ownership with 5-8 years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B software or complex industries
