Product Counsel

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze broad range of complex technology services contracts
• Provide technology, business development, and other teams with timely and quality legal advice and support
• Support and manage intellectual property portfolio
• Monitor and support ongoing compliance activities

This role supports the development of energy storage projects and related services, contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions and infrastructure.

• Minimum of five years of experience practicing law in the technology space
• Substantial experience representing developers with respect to SaaS and other technology services, product development, intellectual property prosecution and management, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Experience with battery storage projects preferred
• At least three years of sophisticated technology transaction and/or intellectual property prosecution experience in a major law firm preferred
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively in formal and informal settings
• Membership in good standing in at least one state bar and Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
