Principal Software Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Work closely with product stakeholders to understand the Business Requirements of Access Rights management System.
• Understand the design, process workflows and develop the features for the system using Rego and Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Implement fine-grained access control policies and mechanisms tailored to the needs of business applications.
• Follow coding standards and perform unit testing to ensure the developed/modified code is of good quality.

This role builds a robust, secure, and scalable Access Rights Management platform that manages and provisions access rights across various applications used by Eurofins, enhancing security and operational efficiency.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in implementing policies using Rego and the Open Policy Agent (OPA) framework.
• Understanding of different types of access controls.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and Rego policies.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum team participation.
