Principal Product Manager

• Drive product strategy by shaping the roadmap based on deep understanding of real estate investment and operational workflows
• Build features that support property valuation, due diligence, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization for financial decision-making
• Leverage real estate experience to identify pain points in acquisition analysis, asset management, and investment processes
• Ensure sustainability data products deliver investment-grade insights that drive real estate decisions

• 8-10 years in product management with a track record of shipping successful B2B products
• Strong real estate finance background with hands-on experience in deal analysis, property valuation, risk assessment, and investment decision-making
• Analytical rigor with comfort in financial models, data analysis, and quantitative decision-making
