This role accelerates investment in clean energy and manufacturing projects by making capital markets more liquid and efficient, directly supporting the transition to a clean economy.

• 8-12 years of experience in power & utilities or renewables finance
• Significant transactional experience across some mix of debt, equity, M&A, tax equity
• Expert in clean energy & infrastructure capital markets
• Natural relationship builder who thrives in high-ownership environments

• Compensation: Total cash compensation: $300,000s-$500,000s, depending on years of experience & revenue scope, not inclusive of equity value. Opportunity to exceed bonus targets based on performance. Stock options in a rapidly growing company.
