• Develop and maintain a national campaign calendar, milestones, and project plans for multi-faith organizing efforts
• Coordinate cross-stream alignment and collaboration across diverse faith traditions and partners
• Design and facilitate leadership development opportunities for clergy and grassroots leaders
• Manage data systems, reporting tools, and campaign documentation to support organizing activities

This role mobilizes faith communities across traditions to defend democracy and counter authoritarianism through coordinated campaigns and moral leadership, creating lasting engagement by people of faith in public life.

• 10+ years experience working on local and state campaigns for movement-building nonprofit organizations
• Strong project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives
• Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to establish trust among diverse stakeholders
• Experience in faith-based organizing preferred

Contract compensation of $11,000–$12,500 per month depending on experience and scope, paid monthly upon invoice. Contractor may invoice for up to $5,000/month in approved travel and work-related expenses. Fully remote position within the United States.
