Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement multi-year strategies and campaigns to achieve policy successes that accelerate the energy transition and expand markets for the advanced energy industry
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support state and federal policy teams related to advanced energy markets, technologies, and policies
- Serve as a member of the CHARGED core team, working collaboratively with initiative partners to identify tools and methods for enabling electrification while minimizing infrastructure costs and maintaining system reliability
- Support CHARGED ideation, implementation, and education workstreams, including developing electrification solutions and implementing them at specific utilities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong research, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and work with complex spreadsheets for market and economic analysis, and to convey complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with entrepreneurial approach, flexible attitude, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work on cross-functional teams
