PFAS and Investigation/Remediation Principal - Flexible US Location

• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities with a focus on PFAS site investigation and remediation
• Managing projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations while demonstrating thought leadership
• Guiding staff in their careers and promoting staff development
• Working cooperatively with colleagues, agencies, and trade organizations to develop solutions for risk-based decision-making

This role creates positive change by developing sustainable site solutions that guide risk-based decision-making for environmental challenges, particularly PFAS contamination, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective remediation technologies.

• Academic degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemistry, Risk Assessment, or related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in scientific consulting with a track record of successful business development
• Ability to manage external client and regulatory agency relationships and internal staff
• Demonstrated business development and leadership capabilities with experience in multi-disciplinary teams
