Perception Engineer, Autonomy

• Develop and improve sensor processing pipelines for camera and 3D sensors
• Build and evaluate algorithms for sensor quality, resiliency, and noise handling
• Characterize sensor performance including timing, latency, and synchronization across modalities
• Experiment with and integrate new sensors into the autonomy platform

This role enhances robotic delivery systems that take deliveries away from congested streets, making deliveries available to more people and benefiting local businesses while reducing urban traffic.

• Strong experience in sensor processing, computer vision, robotics, or related fields
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for real-time or robotics applications
• Hands-on experience with camera, LiDAR, radar, or similar sensor data
• Understanding of multi-sensor synchronization, calibration, and characterization

Base salary range: U.S. – all locations: $155k - $195k USD; Canada – all locations: $130k - $160k CAD. The organization values collaborative problem-solving, agility, diversity, and respectful teamwork.
