What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Maintenance and management of all personnel data in GOPA HR system (Personio) and ERP system Maconomy
- Work with GOPA Group colleagues to ensure smooth implementation of monthly payroll and yearly compensation reviews
- Management of HR-related documentation and paperwork
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding for new employees and offboarding for employees leaving the company

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Academic degree in Human Resources or related fields (Business Management, Economics, Law etc.) or equivalent vocational education
- Prior work experience, ideally in an operational HR team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with native level German and very good English
- Good organisational skills and time management abilities
