Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, tracking applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Lead and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of logistics, systems access, documentation, new hire orientation, and exit processes
  • Coordinate organization-wide performance management processes, including timelines, documentation, manager support, and tools for goal setting, feedback, and professional growth
  • Help design and coordinate staff experience and culture-building initiatives—such as engagement activities, retreats, and recognition efforts—that foster connection, inclusion, and belonging across a distributed team

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in people operations, human resources, operations, or a related role
  • Experience supporting recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll or benefits platforms, and compliance workflows (direct expertise not required, but comfort learning systems is important)
