What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, remit payroll taxes, and prepare government reporting and monthly/year-end payroll statements
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and implement payroll policies
  • Collect timesheets, calculate compensation using Dynamics 365, and maintain payroll data
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies, schedule bank payments, and report on payroll expenses

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English languages
  • Prior experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of accounting cycle, IFRS, and Microsoft Office
