Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Process payroll, remit payroll taxes, and prepare government reporting and monthly/year-end payroll statements
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and implement payroll policies
- Collect timesheets, calculate compensation using Dynamics 365, and maintain payroll data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, schedule bank payments, and report on payroll expenses

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English languages
- Prior experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of accounting cycle, IFRS, and Microsoft Office
