What you will drive
- Build and scale Ambrook's partnerships strategy, developing a multi-channel ecosystem that drives customer acquisition and retention.
- Own partnership outcomes from identification to tactical relationship management and revenue generation, turning third-party channels into a repeatable source of qualified customers.
- Teach partnership development best practices to cross-functional peers and learn the ins-and-outs of building an agrifinance and climate tech company.
- Establish a clear operating model for how partnerships integrate into various business motions and deliver consistent monthly contributions to pipeline/revenue.

- Proven experience building partnership programs from the ground up with demonstrated revenue impact in ambiguous, high-growth situations.
- Systems thinker with strong product instincts who can talk unit economics and understand how partnerships fit into broader growth strategy.
- Experience in SMB SaaS with product-led growth, sales-assist, and channel partner growth motions, plus competency with CRM tools and partnership metrics.
- Bonus: Experience in accounting, fintech, or traditional industries like agriculture, plus experience managing relationships with financial professionals.
