Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support L4BL leadership in implementing organizational strategy and represent the organization to key stakeholders
- Manage and facilitate partnerships' interest meetings, conduct research and outreach to potential regional and local partners
- Serve as liaison to community-based movement organizations and legal/policy organizations seeking partnership
- Work with various departments to coordinate partnerships research efforts, develop political/legal education trainings, and support rapid response protocols

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Deep commitment to L4BL's values with strong understanding of Black organizing, Black liberation, intersectionality, and anti-oppression principles
- 2-3 years experience engaging community/movement organizations, preferably with Black liberation work relationships
- 2-3 years experience working in the legal field with lawyers, law students, and legal workers (law degree preferred)
- 1-2 years experience with coalition building and strong relationship-building skills
