What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, and grow external relationships with current and prospective partners across K-12 education landscape
- Lead cultivation, scoping, pricing, contracting, and stewardship for assigned portfolio teams
- Expand Transcend's partner pipeline by building relationships, generating introductions, and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate across Transcend to strengthen systems, storytelling, and partnership strategy

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Experience working in or alongside districts, CMOs, or education nonprofits with strong understanding of K-12 ecosystems
- Familiarity with full partnership cycle from discovery and scoping to contracting and relationship management
- Exceptional communication skills for leading conversations and crafting compelling proposals
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle details, logistics, and deadlines with precision
