What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, manage, and grow external relationships with current and prospective partners across K-12 education landscape
  • Lead cultivation, scoping, pricing, contracting, and stewardship for assigned portfolio teams
  • Expand Transcend's partner pipeline by building relationships, generating introductions, and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate across Transcend to strengthen systems, storytelling, and partnership strategy

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Experience working in or alongside districts, CMOs, or education nonprofits with strong understanding of K-12 ecosystems
  • Familiarity with full partnership cycle from discovery and scoping to contracting and relationship management
  • Exceptional communication skills for leading conversations and crafting compelling proposals
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle details, logistics, and deadlines with precision
