Part-Time Seasonal Proxy Voting Analyst 

• Review corporate proxy materials
• Cast votes according to IASJ's proxy voting guidelines
• Submit votes on an electronic voting platform in a timely manner
• Communicate with IASJ staff if questions arise

Support responsible investing and corporate accountability at a small social justice-focused non-profit, leveraging investments to advance human rights, climate justice, racial equity, and the common good.

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience or interest in social justice advocacy, corporate governance, ESG, or proxy voting is preferred but not required
• Comfortable following instructions and using online platforms
• Attention to detail
• Secure and reliable internet connection
• Great communication skills
