Part time Finance Director

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President and Executive Team on financial planning, sustainability, and organizational growth
• Provide financial oversight across OFW's ecosystem of entities, including 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and affiliated business ventures
• Design, refine, and maintain financial systems that support clarity, accountability, and scalability
• Oversee monthly cashflow planning and monitoring across entities and supervise the Accounting Manager

This role supports One Fair Wage's mission to lift millions of service workers out of poverty nationwide by ensuring strong financial oversight and sustainable growth during a critical phase of organizational expansion.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant financial leadership experience at senior or director level
• Deep understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting across multiple entities
• Experience working with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities strongly preferred
• Experience supervising accounting or finance staff and supporting executive leadership

Compensation: $3,000-$4,000 per month depending on experience. You will join a highly capable, committed, and values-driven national team. This is a remote, part-time position with flexibility.
