What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President and Executive Team on financial planning, sustainability, and organizational growth
  • Provide financial oversight across OFW's ecosystem of entities, including 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and affiliated business ventures
  • Design, refine, and maintain financial systems that support clarity, accountability, and scalability
  • Oversee monthly cashflow planning and monitoring across entities and supervise the Accounting Manager

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant financial leadership experience at senior or director level
  • Deep understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting across multiple entities
  • Experience working with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities strongly preferred
  • Experience supervising accounting or finance staff and supporting executive leadership
