Owner Growth Associate

• Convert inbound leads into successful new owners by engaging with leads looking to register cars on the platform and guiding them through the conversion funnel from account creation to first rental.
• Upsell owners with growth potential by leveraging data-driven insights to advise them on investments in car, location, quality, and pricing to grow their business sustainably.
• Ensure a steady conversion funnel by proactively engaging with owners who haven't completed onboarding, addressing blockers, and building processes to facilitate their journey.
• Be the voice of the segment internally by escalating key issues, sharing feedback for improvements, creating content, suggesting product enhancements, and collaborating across departments.

This role helps build an engaged community of car owners, supporting the growth of a carsharing platform that reduces carbon emissions by replacing privately owned cars, contributing to smarter and more sustainable urban mobility.

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Sales position within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent French and English language skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of building trusted relationships to drive growth.
• Organized, autonomous, a good team player, and not afraid to get hands dirty to work across teams and voice car owners' concerns internally.
