Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop an organized outreach plan, including targeted lists of prospective institutions and contacts, events that should be attended, development of communication and materials, Social Media approach and communication
  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with decision-makers at schools, universities, corporations, and church organizations
  • Present the Cambiando Vidas program at events, fairs, and conferences (in person or virtually)
  • Build and maintain a roster of donors (individuals and institutions) to support housing projects and community development initiatives

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in institutional outreach, partnership development, and fundraising
  • Strong communicator with confidence presenting to educators, administrators, or corporate CSR managers
  • Mission-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation commensurate with experience. Part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week and flexible schedule. Some travel required within continental USA (estimated 2-4 trips per year) and potential trips to the Dominican Republic.
