• Ensure compliance with all lobbying and nonprofit regulations, maintaining governance documents and coordinating board relations.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting, bookkeeping, reporting, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and performance reviews.
• Support advocacy programs by handling event logistics and setting up internal workflows and systems.
