Operations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations to support organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate administrative functions and systems to enable Liberation Ventures' mission
• Support the broader field of people and organizations working toward comprehensive reparations
• Contribute to building momentum toward federal reparations for Black Americans

This role supports the movement for comprehensive reparations for Black Americans, contributing to building a more just and equitable society by addressing historical injustices and systemic racism.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in operations management or administrative roles
• Commitment to equity and social justice principles
• Ability to work in a mission-driven environment focused on racial justice
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States if selected for hire
