Operations Lead

• Oversee all main processes of Scaling Altruism, ensuring programs run smoothly while facilitating new, impactful projects
• Coordinate international programs for students and professionals, streamlining workflows and communicating with stakeholders
• Develop marketing materials and provide support via templates and guides for local organizers
• Manage course databases, monitor KPIs, and generate impact evaluation reports

This role creates positive change by ensuring effective altruism programs run smoothly, coordinating international initiatives that educate and mobilize students and professionals, and generating impact evaluation reports to measure and improve effectiveness.
