Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to enable smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization
  • Support internal systems management, administrative coordination, staff and board event logistics, and general operational processes
  • Ensure staff have necessary equipment and materials, monitor organizational email inbox, and support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Lead staff appreciation events and assist with event planning for staff and board retreats

Required qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative responsibilities or related work experience
  • High level of organization with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and effective written communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment with a remote team
  • Willingness to travel domestically (estimated twice per year)
  • Demonstrated commitment to social, environmental, racial, and economic equity
