What you will drive

Core responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and office support including scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination
  • Managing grant relations including grant writing, applications, reporting, funder communication, and tracking
  • Handling communications work such as storytelling, content drafting, newsletters, social media, and materials creation
  • Supporting financial bookkeeping and administrative finance tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and systems support
