Online Events & Community Volunteer: 4WARD.earth 🌎

• Plan, set up, and facilitate online events, workshops, and expert talks
• Support speakers, panellists, and guests before, during, and after events to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, registration, technical setup, and live hosting
• Guide discussions, encourage participation, and create an engaging and inclusive event atmosphere

This role helps build the bridge between sustainability education and careers, empowering climate-focused professionals and connecting them with organizations driving environmental innovation, thereby contributing meaningfully to climate action and sustainability.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills (comfortable speaking in front of groups online)
• Experience with event planning, moderation, or community building
• Confidence using online event platforms (Zoom, Hopin, Airmeet, etc.)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle multiple event components

• Mentorship and training from an experienced team
• Hands-on experience in event hosting, facilitation, and community building
