Nonprofit Financial Strategist

• Lead financial direction and oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of 10-12 nonprofit clients
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver clarity and actionable insights
• Review, develop, and document finance processes and systems to enhance efficiency
• Lead audit processes, 990 preparation, and bookkeeping support while mentoring team members

This role helps nonprofit organizations more effectively utilize limited resources and make a more powerful impact on the people and communities they serve by providing strategic financial guidance and operational support.

• Minimum 3 years experience leading finance function of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Proven experience in nonprofit financial management including 990 preparation, audits, GAAP requirements, and restricted funds management
• Advanced QuickBooks skills (preferably ProAdvisor Certified) and proficiency in accounting software
• Exceptional client service, communication, and project management skills

• Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 per year
