What you will drive

  • Lead financial direction and oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of 10-12 nonprofit clients
  • Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver clarity and actionable insights
  • Review, develop, and document finance processes and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Lead audit processes, 990 preparation, and bookkeeping support while mentoring team members

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 3 years experience leading finance function of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Proven experience in nonprofit financial management including 990 preparation, audits, GAAP requirements, and restricted funds management
  • Advanced QuickBooks skills (preferably ProAdvisor Certified) and proficiency in accounting software
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and project management skills
