Network Engineer (Part Time)

Core responsibilities:

• Support IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time within budget
• Travel to support on-site installation of network hardware, conduct testing, adjust configurations, produce heat maps, complete surveys, and update documentation
• Answer incoming customer support calls, triage and resolve issues, and record actions
• Maintain the security and stability of network solutions and create detailed technical project documentation

This role supports Guest Wireless Service delivery for Federal and Commercial Markets, helping provide essential network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of systems and networks, including installing, monitoring, and maintaining wireless networks
• Bachelor's degree (or equal experience) and ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand and simplify customer requirements
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% per year and obtain/maintain at minimum public trust government clearance
