Module lead - Electromechanical Products

• Work with relevant functional leads to identify risks across domains - engineering, process, operations, service etc.
• Prioritize and manage mitigation as well as resolution of each of these risks.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the team (Squad)
• Take projects from proof of concept to production - until handover to sustenance.
• Manage squad budgets ranging from R&D, Homologation, Testing etc.
