Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify the Northern LATAM market for ICEYE's sovereign and turnkey ISR missions
- Define and execute a regional Go-To-Market strategy, grounded in structured market intelligence to inform ICEYE's global Missions strategy, prioritize target markets, and guide resource allocation
- Initiate and lead at least three strategic ISR sales campaigns in the first year
- Grow and develop a multi-year satellite sales pipeline (2026–2028), establishing a sustainable foundation for long-term growth and recurring government partnerships across the region
- Establish ICEYE as a recognized ISR leader and trusted partner in Northern LATAM through consistent engagement with government institutions, local primes, and industry events
- Drive collaboration with ICEYE's Data and Solutions sales teams to identify and close integrated ISR and data opportunities, ensuring coherent positioning and value creation across product lines

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Aerospace, Defense or Space industry
- 5+ years of International sales export experience
- 5+ years experience with earth observation, preferably SAR
- Existing network to all levels of Government and Government Organisations in your market
- Experience in executing complex strategic sales thinking and the application of professional sales processes
- Proven experience in managing high-level relationships with MoDs, Air Forces, and Space Agencies
- Ability to speak the local language
