Mentor The Next Generation of Climate Leaders 🌱 Remote Role

As a Volunteer Mentor at Hourglass Careers, you will:

• Help early-stage professionals pivot into and grow within sustainability careers
• Provide guidance to help mentees succeed in their climate-focused roles
• Support the development of the next generation of sustainability professionals
• Contribute to building a stronger climate workforce through mentorship

This role helps unlock climate careers for talented professionals who lack guidance, directly contributing to building a stronger, more capable sustainability workforce that can address environmental challenges.

Required qualifications and attributes:

• Minimum commitment of 3 x 30-minute virtual mentoring sessions per month
• Genuine desire to pay it forward and support emerging sustainability professionals
• Ability to provide honest, empathetic, and practical guidance to mentees
• Passion for sustainability and helping others thrive in the climate space
