• Develop and refine 4WARD's freemium membership model, including member tiers, benefits, and pricing
• Co-create and implement a monthly programming calendar of exclusive events, resources, and learning experiences
• Collaborate with the community, events, and marketing teams to engage, onboard, and retain members
• Build systems and workflows for managing member data, feedback, and communications
