Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage CNU's relationship with its members, including responding to inquiries and developing strategies to improve member experience
- Oversee all daily membership operations and services, including monitoring workflows, maintaining reports, and designing retention/recruitment initiatives
- Maintain and improve membership systems and database with focus on efficiency and data hygiene
- Work with Engagement and Resources Teams to ensure campaigns, communications, and resources are delivered to membership

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years experience in nonprofit sector in membership or constituent engagement
- Experience with CRM platforms (specifically NeonOne), data management, and reporting capabilities
- Strong organizational, project management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote environment
- Understanding of and passion for CNU's mission and New Urbanism principles
