Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to sustain and promote GNPS and its programs, including membership services and external communications
- Accurately maintain database records in Neon CRM for memberships, donations, events, and surveys, and perform regular database maintenance
- Develop and implement membership acquisition and retention strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend strategies to meet annual goals
- Coordinate all aspects of monthly e-newsletters, manage the GNPS website and social media, and update website content regularly

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in mission-driven membership operations, fundraising, communications, or nonprofit operations
- Clear and concise writing skills for membership appeals and event announcements, with knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva, Neon CRM (or similar CRM), and social media management platforms
- High attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and editing, with ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently with minimal supervision
