Medium Voltage Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)

• Testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing SMA Large Scale MV systems in the field, via email, telephone, and site visits
• Developing detailed knowledge of SMA's Medium Voltage products and associated accessories
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Global Service Organization, Quality, and Suppliers to provide Root Cause Analysis of failures
• Performing and maintaining maintenance activities in accordance with SMA product maintenance manuals on assigned sites

This role contributes to SMA America's mission of developing innovative solar technology that simplifies, secures, and enhances photovoltaic systems, helping push the boundaries of clean energy and transform power while empowering people.

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic and/or network communications
• At least 3 years of experience with Medium Voltage equipment
• Prior experience with Cold weld patch repairs and field transformer repairs
• Basic Medium Voltage Diagnosis Testing Certification from an accredited facility (highly desired)

• Compensation: $38-$40 per hour, dependent upon experience
