Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Create and execute a marketing campaign to promote the upcoming Boston Comics in Color Festival on April 3-4, 2026
- Develop and implement advertising strategies including social media and print media
- Develop and execute email newsletter campaigns and assist with social media posts
- Coordinate measurement of attendance at the 2026 festival with the goal of increasing attendance by 15%

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong connections to the BIPOC Massachusetts community
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, social media platforms, SEO tools)
- Strong written and design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Interest in and awareness of the current comics/graphic novels/pop culture landscape
- Must be available to attend the event
