What you will drive

  • Project Planning: Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables for various marketing, communications, and design clients across a range of project types.
  • Project Administration: Keep up-to-date records in Slack and Asana, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of next steps and progress.
  • Team Coordination: Support cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support client communication by providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
