Mission
What you will drive
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing, advertising, and partnership-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked.
- Ensure advertising and sponsored media commitments are executed accurately and in alignment with approved plans, supporting organizational revenue initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional marketing and communications projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment among internal teams and external partners.
- Provide hands-on operational and digital marketing support during high-volume periods to help campaigns and partnerships run smoothly.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, communications, or marketing operations role with a strong emphasis on project coordination or project management.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and systems (such as Monday.com, Hive, or similar platforms) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience navigating digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar) and familiarity with web and email publishing tools, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools.
