Mission
What you will drive
- Provide event and tradeshow support by coordinating logistics, shipments, booth materials, and vendor communications.
- Assist in building, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
- Support sales enablement by creating presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and outreach templates to help effectively engage with prospects and customers.
- Manage customer outreach by coordinating targeted email sends, creating content for social media scheduling, and ensuring campaign assets are ready and on-brand.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1–3 years of similar marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
