Mission

What you will drive

As the Marketing Lifecycle Automation Manager, you will architect, execute, and continuously optimize automated programs across the entire customer journey - from lead acquisition to customer retention and expansion. You will design, implement, and refine marketing automation workflows that nurture leads, engage customers, and support lifecycle growth.

  • Manage technical configuration, data hygiene, workflow logic, custom properties, and user permissions in HubSpot. Ensure reliable tracking, reporting accuracy, and smooth campaign execution across the platform.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimise HubSpot workflows that support lead nurturing, event follow-ups, and re-engagement programs.
  • Build, test, and optimize HubSpot landing pages and forms to support demand gen and lifecycle initiatives. Manage automated campaign setup end-to-end, including segmentation, QA, testing, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to refine lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment between Hubspot and Salesforce.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or renewable energy.
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot, including workflows, automations, landing pages, forms, scoring, segmentation, data management, and integrations.
  • Experience managing connected GTM systems, ensuring accurate data flow, consistent processes, and alignment between automation platforms and the CRM.
  • Strong working knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to interpret data, troubleshoot automation issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with solid project management skills and a focus on team-oriented, scalable solutions.
