- Develop and implement strategic growth plan for HYDAC, including setting sales goals and objectives for the defense market
- Oversee and manage customer relationships within the assigned vertical market
- Increase sales and profit margin with the assigned vertical market
- Drive HYDAC specifications and product development for use within the defense market

Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 3 years of experience, or bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience selling engineered products
- Knowledge of government defense agencies and contractors, with relationships in the defense market
- Hydraulics knowledge and ability to develop value propositions for HYDAC products/solutions
